PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

This Payment & Refund Policy outlines the terms related to project fees, payment milestones, refunds and cancellations for services provided by Decorinity.

This policy applies to all design-only, digital services offered by Decorinity and forms part of the contractual framework alongside the approved Project Proposal and Services Agreement.

1. Purpose of This Policy

All project fees are outlined in the approved Project Proposal and are based on the selected service plan, defined scope and agreed deliverables.

Prices displayed on the website or shared during initial discussions are indicative and shown as “starting from”. Final pricing is confirmed only after reviewing project details and issuing the Project Proposal.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, where required by law.

2. Fees & Pricing

Discounts may be offered at Decorinity’s discretion for specific projects, promotions, bundles or returning clients.

All discounts:

  • Apply only to the scope and deliverables explicitly listed in the approved Project Proposal

  • Are valid only for the time-frame stated in the Project Proposal or in the related written offer

  • Cannot be transferred to another project, client or future booking unless agreed in writing

  • Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated

If the project scope changes after a discount is applied (for example, additional deliverables, additional revision rounds or new outputs such as extra hero images, CGI video or a 360° tour), Decorinity may revise the quote and the discount may no longer apply to the expanded scope.

Discounts do not change the agreed payment structure unless explicitly stated in the Project Proposal. The standard payment structure remains:

  • 50% deposit to commence work

  • 50% balance due prior to or upon final delivery.

3. Discount

Decorinity operates on a milestone-based payment structure:

  • 50% deposit is required to secure the project and commence work

  • 50% balance is due prior to or upon final delivery, as specified in the Project Proposal

Work will not begin until the deposit has been received.

4. Payment Structure

5. Deposit

The deposit confirms the Client’s commitment and reserves time and resources for the project.

Once work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Due to the custom and digital nature of Decorinity’s services:

  • No refunds are offered once work has started

  • No refunds are available for completed stages or delivered work

  • Refunds are not provided for changes in personal preference or subjective dissatisfaction

Any exceptions required under mandatory Greek or EU consumer protection laws will be handled in accordance with those regulations.

6. Refunds

The Client is responsible for providing accurate information, materials and timely feedback.

If a project is delayed due to missing, inaccurate or late inputs from the Client, delivery timelines may be adjusted accordingly. Such delays do not entitle the Client to a refund.

7. Project Delays & Client Responsibility

If the Client suspends or cancels the project after work has commenced:

  • The deposit will be retained

  • The Client may be invoiced for work completed beyond the value of the deposit

  • Any completed or partially completed work remains payable

8. Suspension or Cancellation by the Client

In accordance with EU consumer protection rules, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalised digital content once performance has begun with the Client’s consent.

By approving the Project Proposal and requesting the commencement of work, the Client acknowledges and agrees that the right of withdrawal is waived once the Services begin.

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Final deliverables may be withheld until outstanding balances are settled in full.

Decorinity reserves the right to pause work or delay delivery in the event of late or incomplete payment.

10. Late Payments

This Payment & Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and applicable European Union legislation.

11. Governing Law

By approving a Project Proposal, submitting payment or entering into a Services Agreement, the Client confirms acceptance of this Payment & Refund Policy.
